【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforRoadTrafficSignalSystems,includingtheirdevelopment,design,testing,installationandmaintenance.Inparticular,itformstheelectrotechnicalpartofthefollowingtwostandardsissuedbyCEN:–EN12368,Trafficcontrolequipment―Signalheads–EN12675,Trafficsignalcontrollers―FunctionalsafetyrequirementsEachofthesestandardsaboveshouldbeusedwiththisstandardeithersinglyortogethertodefineanoperationalequipmentorsystem.Thisshouldbeachievedbyusingtheelectrotechnicalmethodsandtestingdefinedinthisstandard.WhereRoadTrafficSignalSystemsaretobeusedwithothersystems,e.g.publiclightingorrailwaysignallingandcommunication,thisstandardshouldcomplywiththeotherrespectivestandardtoensurethatoverallsafetyisnotcompromised.OnlypermanentlyortemporarilyinstalledRoadTrafficSignalSystemsareincludedinthisstandard.Centralofficeandportablesignallingsystemsarenotcovered.
