【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforpreparingbutt-fusion-jointedtestpieceassembliesbe-tweenpolyethylene(PE)pipesandspigot-endedfit-tings.Itspecifiestheassemblyparametersinvolved,suchastheambienttemperature,jointgeometryandfusionparameters,takingintoaccounttheserviceconditionlimitsspecifiedintherelevantproductstan-dards,aswellasthetypeofpipetobeused.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedtoenabletheeffectofsiteassemblyvariablesonjointperformancetobedetermined.Thefusion-jointingproceduresandparametersusedinthefieldcandifferfromthoseinthisdocument,dependingonthemanufacturer'swrit-tenproceduresand/orlocalstandards.NOTE1Theassemblyandfusion-jointingtechniquede-scribedinthisInternationalStandardisapplicablewhateverthepolyethyleneresinemployed,provideditisusedinac-cordancewithISO/TR11647.Deviationsfromthefusioncyclespecified,inordertodemonstratejointperformance,arepermitted.
