【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletothedesign,construction,installationofsafetydevices,informationforuse,maintenanceandtestingofmobilecranesasdefinedinISO4306-2withtheexceptionofloadercranes(see3.1.1ofEN12999:2002).ExamplesofmobilecranetypesandoftheirmajorpartsaregiveninannexAandB.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverhazardsrelatedtotheliftingofpersons.NOTETheuseofmobilecranesfortheliftingofpersonsissubjecttospecificnationalregulations.MobilecranescoveredbythisEuropeanStandardaredesignedforalimitednumberofstresscyclesandparticularpropertiesofmotions,e.g.smoothapplicationofthedrivingforcesandloadingconditionsaccordingtoISO4301-2:groupA1.Foradutycyclesuchasgrab,magnetorsimilarwork,additionalprovisionsarerequiredwhichareoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.ThehazardscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardareidentifiedbyannexC.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomobilecraneswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
