【摘要】:Thetestissuitableforchecktestingproperlyselectedsamplesfromregularproductionorfordeterminingthesuitabilityofadhesivesandbondingtechniquesfortheproductionofjointsforexteriorservice.Varythenumberofspecimenstakenfromeachmemberandthenumberofmembersselectedfortestdependingonthetotalnumberofmembersinvolvedandthepurposeofthetests.Itisadvisable,however,toincludeatleastthreespecimensinthetest,withthespecimensselectedtorepresenttheprobablerangeofqualityoftheadhesivejoints.Adhesivejointsatknotsandknottyareasingeneralarenotdependableundersevereexposures.Disregarddevelopmentofdelaminationatknotsanddonotincludeinthemeasurementsorcalculations.1.1Thesetestmethodscoveranacceleratedmeansofmeasuringtheresistancetodelaminationofstructurallaminatedwoodmembersintendedforexteriorservice.1.2ThesetestmethodsarenotintendedassubstitutesorreplacementsforthemoreseveretestofresistancetodelaminationinSpecificationD2559,whichisusedtoqualifyadhesivesforstructurallaminatedwoodproductsforuseunderexterior(wet-use)exposureconditionsunderindustrystandardANSI/AITCA190.1-1992.1.3Twotestmethodsareincluded.Choiceoftestmethoddependsonpurposeofthetestandavailabletimetocomplete.1.3.1TestMethodAThistestrequires3daystocompleteandisamethodfordeterminingthesuitabilityofadhesivesandmanufacturingtechniquesandequipmentforproductionofjointsadequateforexteriorservice.1.3.2TestMethodBThistestrequiresapproximately121/2h.(Ifexcessivedelaminationoccurs,thecycleisrepeated).Itisaquality-controltypetestforexaminingadhesivejointquality.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
